His knowledge has no borders, and his passion for his athletes and himself in his life is something to envy. I’ve known Christian since March of 2020 and he’s been with me through injury , frustration, heartbreak , success and downfall. He’s given me advice on powerlifting but as well as life, and has been like a father figure in my life, anytime I need him he’s there. And if you want to know about the powerlifting side of things Christian knows what the f*** he’s doing trust me. Programming , fatigue management , mental health aspects, nutrition and literally any factor into powerlifting he will take care of , if you give him 100 he will put blood , sweat, tears , into you.”

“Before working with Chris I would lift and program for myself the best I could but I had no real structure or reasoning behind what I was doing. Since training under Chris, I have a great sense of confidence knowing that every time I step into the gym, Chris has programmed exactly what I need to progress as fast and safely as possible. In less than 10 weeks, my results are as follows (estimates based on RPE calculator comparing first singles to this weeks singles): +45 lbs on squat, +30 lbs on bench, +65 lbs on deadlift, +7 lbs bodyweight, + improved technique on all lifts. Chris gives me feedback on every session, makes sure I am maintaining the prescribed RPE, and continually gives advice on how to improve my technique, nutrition, etc. Working with Chris is by far the best decision I have made in regard to improving my progress in the gym.”
