Jesus has been a great coach, role model, and brother figure since the day I started with him. While I am striving to become a stronger me, I also deal with personal issues. Jesus has always been there for me as I went through them; he made me feel like I was not alone and that I was cared for. He was always there to check up on me when hardly anyone else did and helped me find hope in myself when things got rough.

He carefully programmed each block which focused on my areas in need of improvement, while taking into consideration the circumstances or situations I was in. When I first started out, I struggled to even bench two plates, with general technique issues in my lift. However, with Jesus, all lifts have seen a notable improvement in numbers and execution. This is still just the beginning. Jesus makes it easy for me to put my complete trust in him because he will truly look out for you and your goals. The result of Jesus’s programming speaks for itself. When I signed up with Flexx Training Systems, I was only looking for a coach to help me get stronger, but I also gained myself a brother.
