“A kid with a dream, that’s me. Growing up all I ever wanted to do is compete and play sports. Finding powerlifting at 21 years old changed my life. From watching Russle Ohrii winning it all over and over, to kids taking hold of their own destiny and transforming into some of the strongest people in the world. I fell in love with the sport and knew I had to pursue my own journey. Finding the strongest athletes from all over I kept wondering about the logo they would proudly represent, JoeyFlexx. Seeing Coach Joey always celebrating with passion and joy I could see just off videos how much he cared. Not only that but the countless amount of athletes taking home Wins in all weight classes. I knew this was something special. Following through Instagram and watching each Youtube video to learn was amazing to be able to get keys that I would take into my own training. Tuning in to learn on Twitch was where I was really able to learn through live streams asking questions and expressing how much I cared for this. After building a base for myself I knew if I wanted to be the best version of me I needed the best to help me learn. Reaching out to Coach Joey he accepted me to join Flexx Training Systems. Having the honor to work with Coach Mikey Davis has been such an incredible experience. In 5 months time I have added almost 200lbs to my gym total. PRs in all my lifts, and am excited at eyeing my first powerlifting meet ever with Flexx Training Systems. I'm 23 years old and know I'm just getting started. I have so much motivation and determination to prove through years of hard work and great guidance I can become a version of me I've always wanted. Being a part of this community honestly gives me nothing but Joy. And I can guarantee anyone on the quest of being the best version of you, Team Joey Flexx is the best place you could be.
